ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

SETTER


DESIRED OUTCOME OF ROLE
Convert prospects' non-interest into interest by setting high-quality appointments that show up and close at a high rate, nurture and build long-term relationships, and facilitate ascension to higher-tier programs to increase lifetime value.

MONTHLY SCORECARD ACCOUNTABILITY
Culture: People analyzer must be green, this measures culture, attitude and capacity.

KPI: 
25 Sets a week, 65% show rate, 15% close rate


TIME
Full time, no multiple offers. One of our core values is Fokiss.  You'll have a flexible schedule. Inform the team if your schedule changes; everyone is happy to cover each other. Hitting your numbers is all that matters, not how long you work. 


COMPENSATION 
Paid monthly. Base pay contingent on passing a 14 day trial period. If you do not pass the 14 day bootcamp you will not receive a base for those two weeks. If you do pass it, your base pay will be paid for the trial period.

$1K base
$200 per sale
+$500 bonus at 10 sales (KPI)
+$750 bonus at 15 sales
+$1000 bonus at 20 sales
+$1250 bonus at 25 sales
+2% on cash top performer bonus 
+Self generated referral bonuses 


ON TRACK EARNINGS
Currently setters are averaging $2,500-$4,500 / month, potential for more this is up to you.

Team Record:
Biggest month by one setter = $5,400 




CORE PROCESS

Communication:
Clearly articulate compliant value propositions.

Phone Output
200+ dials / day (opt ins, re-contacts)
Open calendar for In bound Triages 
Confirm all survey bookings assigned to you

Direct Messaging Output:
100+ conversations daily from inbound DM prospects using Manychat

Qualifying Leads:
Gather and assess information to qualify leads.
Determine potential interest and fit.

Appointment Scheduling:
Secure appointments for sales representatives.
Coordinate schedules efficiently.
Nurture to ensure they did the homework and show up

Follow-up:
Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads.
Confirm and remind prospects of scheduled appointments.

CRM Management:
Update and maintain customer relationship management software.

Performance Tracking:
Awareness of personal key performance indicators (KPIs).
Provide feedback to improve team & personal strategies.

Reporting:
Complete EOD process
Submit commissions 
Attend meetings and engage

Results:
Hit and exceed KPI
Forecasting accurate projections If you miss projection or KPI, you must know why and have a plan to improve.

Sales > 15 / month 

TIME

COMPENSATION
Paid monthly on cash collected.  
(funding with 45-60 day delay) 


$4,800 / $6500 offer =  10% on cash
$9,800 / $12,000 offer =  10% on cash
$25,000 / $30,000 offer = 8% on cash
+2% on cash top performer bonus  
+Self generated referral bonuses 





ON TRACK EARNINGS
Currently closers are averaging  $7-10K / month. Potential for more this is up to you. We just launched a $12k and $30K offer so this is exciting.

Biggest month by one closer = $36k 
Most sales / day by one closer = 11
Most sales / month by one closer = 55
